Beginning of this year BenQ mobile already have huge problems. In Germany started law-suite against BenQ Mobiles.

Last September they announced that they are insolvent enterprise, because can’t get investors for production units.

Remember, BenQ Mobile have been registered in 2005 October, when Taiwan BenQ bought Germans Siemens Mobile. Amount of deal was 98 million dollars.
